Below are some details how information is handled.

Privacy Policy
Last Updated: September 1, 2026
1. THE INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE TO US
We may collect information that you provide directly to us when you contact us, apply to join our coworking office, communicate with us, or otherwise interact with Method Trade. This may include your name, email address, telephone number, application information, messages, correspondence and other information you voluntarily provide. We use this information to respond to inquiries and applications, operate our coworking office, administer our relationships with coworkers, and meet our legitimate business, legal and compliance requirements.
2. CONFIDENTIAL AND PROPRITARY TRADING INFORMATION
Our coworking environment is collaborative. Traders commonly choose to discuss trading ideas, observations, approaches and strategies with one another, and in turn benefit from ideas and information voluntarily shared by other traders. What you choose to share in these ordinary discussions is generally up to you. If you use a proprietary or independently developed trading system, strategy or methodology that you wish to be treated as confidential, you should notify us in advance. We will take reasonable measures to respect and protect information that has been identified to us as proprietary or confidential.
3. INFORMATION ENTERED ON TRADING TERMINALS
Method Trade does not install specialized software for the purpose of scraping or recording personal, account or trading information that coworkers enter into third-party platforms on our terminals. Coworkers are responsible for their own use of third-party platforms and for the information they choose to enter or provide to those third parties. Information entered directly into a broker, market-access provider, website, application or other third-party service is also subject to that third party's own terms and privacy practices.
4. BROKER, COMPLIANCE & REGULATORY INFORMATION
From time to time, brokers, market-access providers, regulatory authorities or other parties may request information for regulatory, compliance, identification or similar purposes. We cooperate with legitimate regulatory and compliance inquiries relevant to activities conducted in our office and consider requests on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable requirements. Where personal, account, compliance or other confidential information is provided to us, becomes known to us, or is accessible to us in the ordinary course of doing business, we treat that information as private and protect it in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
5 HOW WE USE INFORMATION

-
respond to inquiries and applications;
-
operate and administer our coworking office;
-
manage our relationships and communications with coworkers;
-
provide security and IT administration;

6. SHARING OF INFORMATION
We do not sell personal information.
We may share information where reasonably necessary with brokers or market-access providers, professional legal or accounting advisers, IT and other service providers, relevant affiliates, or regulatory, judicial, law-enforcement or other competent authorities.
We limit such sharing to legitimate business, operational, legal, security, regulatory and compliance purposes. We do not sell coworker information to third parties for advertising or unrelated commercial marketing purposes.

9. DATA RETENTION
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and for our legitimate business, legal, accounting, regulatory and compliance requirements.
Different information may therefore be retained for different periods. In particular, legal or compliance requirements may require certain records to be retained after an application, coworking relationship or other interaction with us has ended.
10. SECURITY & CONFIDENTIALITY
We take reasonable organizational and technical measures to protect personal and confidential information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss or misuse. Access to personal and confidential information is limited to people who reasonably require access for legitimate business, operational, legal or compliance purposes. Let's Talk About Trading.
We can arrange a meeting to answer your questions and discuss how you would fit into our coworking community of traders.
Note, all inquiries are related to coworking for individuals. Trading takes place in our office, not remotely. We are not a broker, we do not accept deposits, and we do not take on clients.
